''Exclusively for My Friends'' is a series of albums for the MPS label by Canadian jazz pianist Oscar Peterson. In 1992, the series was released as a CD box set by MPS and licensed to Island Records. Originally released as a six-LP set available separately on MPS Records, and later a four-CD (and six-LP), 36-song box set was released in 1992. The 4-CD set includes all six 1968 albums as originally recorded by Hans Georg Brunner-Schwer for MPS. The set includes performances with his most well-known trio consisting of double bassist Ray Brown and drummer Ed Thigpen and also teams him with bassist Sam Jones and drummers Louis Hayes or Bobby Durham.
